Understanding Statistics in the Board Portal

Board Portal shows activity indicators that help you measure how your group uses the platform. They are calculated automatically and updated in real time.

✋ Who can do what

The indicators work the same way for everyone who can see them. There is nothing to configure.

⌛ Choose the period

Each indicator is calculated for two periods:

• Current month: from the 1st day of the month until today.
• Last 3 months: from today, going back 3 months. This period moves every day. For example, on August 20, it covers May 20 to August 20.

⭐ What each indicator means

• User logins: percentage of users who logged in at least once during the period.
• Meetings held: number of meetings organized during the period.
• Meeting attendance: attendance rate of invited participants, in person and remote.
• Meeting-related content: documents added inside a meeting and surveys linked to it.
• Documents viewed: documents viewed during the period compared with all documents available in the group.
• Notes created: number of notes taken by users.
• Contents added: new content created (meetings, meeting documents, announcements, documents, polls, surveys).

❗ Important to know

• A document counts as meeting-related content only if it was added inside a meeting. Documents added only in the Documents section are not counted.
• The 3-month view is never reset to zero each quarter: it always covers the last 3 months.

❓ FAQ

Meeting-related content shows fewer documents than expected. Why?

Check that:

• the documents were added inside the meeting, not only in the Documents section;
• they were added during the last 3 months;
• they were linked to the meeting, not added as general content.

If the numbers still look wrong, contact the support team with the meeting date and the document name.
