To access the platform, you must have an account.
If not, contact a DiliTrust platform administrator at your company.
In this article, we will look into:
- The first log in
- Access to the platform
- Forgotten password
First log in
For your first log in, click on the link received by email to confirm your email address and access the platform. After accessing the link in your web browser, click on «Log in».
Set up your account by choosing a secure password respecting the following conditions:
- At least 10 characters long
- At least one lowercase character
- At least one uppercase character
- At least one number or a special character
Click «Save» and you will be redirected to your profile on the platform.
Log in
You can access the portal through:
The DiliTrust website: www.dilitrust.com
- Click on Client Access and choose the portal according to your location.
- Log in using the email address and password you chose when creating your account.
You can also log in from the following link: https://auth.dilitrust.com/.
You will directly access the login page.
⚠️ Before login, choose the right language you want to have.
⚠️ DiliTrust's Board Portal is also available as a mobile app!
Forgotten password
If you forgot your password, select the «Forgotten password?» link under the password area on the right.
Enter your email address, and you will be sent a one-time link to reset your password via email, which is valid for 24 hours.
If you don’t receive an email, check your spam folder. Please also verify that your email address is spelled correctly.
Once you receive the email, click on the reset link. You will be redirected to a page to reset your password on the platform.
Set up your new password by following the password conditions, then click «Save».
