Updated Meeting Attendance Interface

The presence feature has been relocated to improve accessibility and streamline attendance tracking during meetings. The updated interface clearly displays each participant’s status (present, remote, absent, or pending).

For participants marked as "invitation pending," an interactive pop-in prompts them to respond or assign a proxy.

Additionally, admins can now send personalized reminders to non-responsive members to ensure optimal participation.
