Create a meeting in Outlook and find the meeting and its information in your Board Portal group.
Before synchronization your Outlook meetings to your board portal group meetings, you must install the Outlook add-in. Please refer to the administrator of your environment for more information.
1. Create a new event and hit the DiliTrust Add'In
2. Create the meeting in DiliTrust
3. Log in your DiliTrust account
4. Ensure to enable full experience
4. Create a meeting
5. Select the room in which you want to create the meeting
6. Create the meeting in Dilitrust
Note that the meeting will be created in the Unpublished section.
7. Meeting is created
Then in DiliTrust
