To access the solution, a user must have an account on the platform. Once the account is created, an email is sent to the user to create their password.
After this first connection, to access the platform, users are asked to enter their login ID (usually the email address) and the previously chosen password.
If a two-factor authentication (TFA) has been enabled by the portal administrator, the user will be asked to enter a code that they will receive by text message (SMS).
At the bottom of the page, the user will find the “Support” button with information on how to reach our support team.

How to login?
For your first log in, click on the link received by email to confirm your email address and access the platform. After accessing the link in your web browser, click on «Log in».
Set up your account by choosing a secure password respecting the following conditions:
- At least 10 characters long
- At least one lowercase character
- At least one uppercase character
- At least one number or a special character

Click «Save» and you will be redirected to your profile on the platform.
You can access the portal through:

You will directly access the login page.
- The DiliTrust website, www.dilitrust.com
- Click on Client Access and choose the portal according to your location.
- Log in using the email address and password you chose when creating your account.
How to reset your password?
Click on “Forgotten password?” To reinitialize your account’s password if you have forgotten it. You will be asked to enter your username or email address.
Once confirmed, an email will be sent to the email address associated with the account with instructions on how to reset the password.
Please contact your portal administrator or our Support Team if you do not receive the email to reset your password.
How to log in with the TFA?
If the two-factor authentication (TFA) is enabled, you will receive an authentication code by message, on the phone number associated with the account. Enter the code in the field “To continue, please provide the code sent by message” and confirm.
Click on “Send a new code” if you did not receive the first one sent to you.
