- AI-powered RAG ensures more relevant, context-aware results.
- Results are displayed in an organized and user-friendly way.
☝ Why use this feature?
This improvement helps you save valuable time by avoiding manual browsing through lengthy meeting minutes. With just a few keywords or tags, you’ll instantly find what was discussed, even in recurring meetings.
- ✅ Faster access to critical decisions and discussions
- ✅ Easier preparation before board meetings
- ✅ Reliable navigation through large volumes of meeting content
✍ How to use the new search
Step 1: Access the search bar
Go to your Board Portal and open the Meetings or Minutes section. The new search bar is available at the top of the page.
Step 2: Enter your query
Type a keyword (e.g., “budget approval”) or select a tag (e.g., “Finance”, “Compliance”).
Step 3: View results
Your results will appear instantly, grouped by meeting or minute. The AI engine highlights the most relevant passages for you.
Step 4: Refine if needed
Use filters and tags to narrow down the context. For example, restrict results to a specific recurring meeting.
⚡ Tips for best results
- Combine keywords and tags for more precise results.
- Use recurring meeting filters if you want to see everything said about a topic across sessions.
- Look for the AI-highlighted snippets – they bring you directly to the context of your search.
❗ Limitations to note
- Search works only within meetings and minutes (not yet across all modules).
- Results depend on existing tags and the quality of minutes uploaded.
