Setting up Teams Application

The Board Portal (BP) integration with Microsoft Teams allows you to view and share your board meetings directly inside a Teams meeting — no screen sharing, no switching between apps.

Your board content is shared in real time within the tool you already use every day.

⚡ Quick Set Up Guide

Open Your Meeting in Teams

  1. Go to the scheduled meeting where you want to add your Board Portal content.

Add the Board Portal Tab

  1. Click the "Apps" (Add a tab) button at the top of the meeting interface

  1. Search for "DiliTrust" in the app list

  1. Click on the Dilitrust logo app

Sign In Securely

Pick Your Instance and Meeting

  1. After logging in, select the appropriate Instance (e.g., your organization's environment)

  1. Use the search bar to find and select your meeting

  1. Save

Start the Meeting & Share

  1. Join your Teams meeting as usual

  1. Go to the Board Portal tab you added

  1. Click the "Share" button inside the tab

  1. This will make the meeting content visible to all participants — in real time, within the call.

  • Push notifications to attendees
  • Auto-save meeting files to Teams channels
  • Embedded chat in the Board Portal tab (disabled)

✨ Tips & Best Practices

  • Auto-login works after your first authentication
  • You can switch between tenants/instances easily
  • Dashboard access is not available inside Teams — this is intentional for simplicity and security

❓ Troubleshooting

Can't find your meeting?

  • Ensure the meeting is published in the Board Portal
  • Double-check the selected instance

Login issues?

  • Make sure pop-ups are allowed in Teams
  • Try logging out and back in
  • Still stuck? Clear your browser cache or contact your IT support

Tab won't load?

  • Remove and re-add the tab
  • Check with your Teams admin to ensure the app is allowed in your organization
