The following steps are for web users.
How to vote?
To take part in a vote, simply locate the meeting your vote is awaiting on in the Meetings tab.
To vote, simply click on the "Vote available associated with this document or category" logo. This pictogram indicates that you can vote.
Select your answer and click on "Confirm" to save your choice.
Once you have saved your choice, click on the three dots symbol and click on "You have voted for this document / category" to edit your vote by clicking on "Cancel your vote" and voting again. You can also view voting results (number of votes per answer and participation) if authorized by the platform administrator.
How to participate in a Questionnaire?
To take part in the survey, simply click on the questionnaire icon, and you'll be automatically redirected to the survey window, where you can take the survey and submit your answer.
You will also be able to view the results of the survey if it is not anonymous, by clicking on the "Results summary" or "Detailed results" tabs.
Good to know: The manager can configure the list of voters and the display of voting or survey results.
