Differentiate Pending and Completed Votes (Mobile)

On the mobile Board Portal, it can sometimes be difficult to quickly identify which votes you have already answered and which ones still require your action.

To improve clarity and help users focus on what still needs attention, the mobile application now allows you to easily identify and filter pending votes. This makes it much faster to complete outstanding decisions during or after meetings.

Previously, it could be difficult for users to distinguish between votes they had already completed and those still awaiting action. This update improves visibility and usability in the mobile interface.

1️⃣ Open the My Votes section

To begin, open the Board Portal mobile application and navigate to your voting area.

• Open the mobile app
• Go to the section displaying your votes
• You will see the list of votes assigned to you

This list includes both votes you have already completed and those that are still pending.

2️⃣ Activate the filter for pending votes

You can now filter the list to display only the votes that still require your response.

• Locate the vote filtering option
• Activate the filter to show only pending votes
• The list will immediately update

Once activated, only the votes you have not yet answered will appear in the list.

3️⃣ Review and complete your pending votes

After applying the filter, you can quickly review and respond to the remaining votes.

• Select a pending vote
• Review the related information or documents
• Submit your vote

As you complete votes, they will no longer appear in the filtered list.

• Check the list after meetings to confirm no decisions are left unresolved
• If the list appears empty, it means you have already completed all your votes
