When preparing a meeting, you can add document to the different categories of the agenda
Add a document
Click on the “Meetings” section in the sidebar of the homepage.
Hover over the meeting of your choice and c lick on ”See agenda” of the meeting you wish to add a document to from either the ” Published ” or ” Unpublished ” tabs.
In the Agenda section, you download documents to each category by clicking the “Add a document” icon next to the + symbol on the far right of the category.
Note that you cannot add a document without having added at least one category in the Agenda.
An “Upload file” pop up window will appear. Simply drag & drop your document or browse through your files.
You can also “quick search” the document if it has already been uploaded to the group to include it in the meeting.
Once you are done, click on “Close”.
Added documents
When you add documents, there are many actions you can perform as an Administrator.
Hover over a document and icons will appear on the far right. These symbol icons allow you to:
The first one is to open the document. Hover over it until it says “Open” and click on it.
The second one in a square provides you with an AI-generated summary of the document. Hover over the symbol until it says “Summary” and click on it. Keep in mind that this feature is not available to all users / admins.
- Open the document
- Mark as favorite
- Manage permissions
- View summary (AI generated document summary, this feature has not been activated yet and is only available upon request. If you wish to have it, contact your Account Manager)
Hover over the three dots next to the eye symbols to see appear various other action icons. Locate the action you wish to perform. Here you can:
- Create a vote associated with the document
- Mark as unread
- View access stats (Admin-only)
- Download
- Delete the document
The “Print” button above the agenda will allow you to print the key information of the agenda.
By clicking on “Download all documents”, you can download all documents of this meeting on your computer.
The “Generate meeting bundle” allows you to create a complete PDF file with all points of the agenda and their documents attached.
Clicking on the three dots on the far right reveals a dropdown list of additional options:
- Add a resolution
- Hide documents
- View access stats
