Access Meetings
Click on the “Meetings” section in the sidebar of the homepage and then "Create a meeting".
Create from "Blank page" or from a "Template"

When the pop-up window appears:
- Enter the meeting title (mandatory) and description (optional).
- Set up Start / End date (mandatory)
- Add recurrence (optional)
- Add video conference link (optional)
- Choose a location (optional)
Then click on “Create a meeting”.
Once you have confirmed your new meeting, you will be redirected to the meeting summary with all the information you have just added as well as the agenda builder.

In the Agenda section, you can write down the matters at hand regarding the meeting.
Simply click "Add an item" to add content and build the agenda.
Documents
Also, in your Agenda Builder, on the right of each of your added categories, you have different symbols that allow you to:
- Add a document (Read more here)
- Add a task (Read more here)
- Delete the category (deleting a category will also delete its sub rows)
Hover over the different symbols to locate the action you wish to perform.
The 3 dots on the right of the symbols allow you to:
- Create a vote associated with this category (Read more here)
- Add a questionnaire (Read more here)
- Remove numbering (reversible)
The “Print” button above the agenda will allow you to print the key information of the agenda.
The “Generate meeting bundle” allows you to create a complete PDF file with all points of the agenda and their attached documents.
Once you have set up your meeting, you can now either choose to publish it or you can "Ask for review" by clicking on either one of the corresponding button at the top right of the page.
Keep in mind that you can only Ask for review for Unpublished meetings, once you choose to publish it, the review will not be possible.
2. Create from a template

- Choose from the existing meeting and select the template you want to apply. All the details will be recreated in the new meeting. Just edit the information such as date, location etc.
- Click on "Create a meeting" and you are all set.
