We can create a new reference list called Mandate Category.

During creation, you can choose:

  • Whether users can add new elements to the list directly during usage.

  • Whether to assign a custom code to the list for easier access.

  • To create the list in multiple languages, to support international operations.

Once we create our list, we will populate it by selecting it on the reference list tab.

We decide to create 3 elements on our list

  1. Regulatory Mandate
  2. Operational Mandate
  3. Strategic Mandate

Assign the Reference List

After the list creation, we want to create a new custom field, that will bring forward the new list Type into the Mandates.
