How to set up my email notifications?

Email notifications are messages sent to your email address to inform you about your tasks, reminders, documents, meetings and agenda proposals. Managing the notifications helps control the frequency and content of these messages. 

 

How to set up my email notifications

Navigate to your account settings by clicking on your account icon and click  “Notification settings” on the top right-hand side of the platform.

Here, you will access your notifications settings.




 

My work



My reminders

“My reminders” is checked by default, you can uncheck it at any given time. 

Click “My reminders” to set up where you wish to receive your reminders:

  • by email
  • within the platform



My tasks

Check the “My tasks” box if you wish to be notified about your tasks. Click on “My Tasks” to select if you wish to be notified when:

  • A task is assigned to you
  • A task assigned to you is updated
  • (Admin only) A task you added is updated

Then check the corresponding boxes to select if you wish to be notified:

  • Via email
  • Within the platform

 

 

Application content

Documents

Check the “Documents” section if you wish to be notified:

  • When a document is added
  • When a document is signed

Check the boxes that apply to you.

Check the boxes to choose where you wish to be notified: 

  • Via email
  • Within the platform



Meetings

Check the “Meetings” section, then check the boxes if you wish to be notified:

  • When a meeting is created
  • When a meeting is updated
  • (Admin only) When someone chooses a presence for a meeting is created
  • (Admin only) When a meeting minute is updated

Check the boxes to choose where you wish to be notified: 

  • Via email
  • Within the platform




Agenda proposals

Check the “Agenda proposals” section if you wish to be notified:

  • When a proposal is added
  • When a proposal is updated

Check the boxes to choose where you wish to be notified: 

  • Via email
  • Within the platform

 


Then click “Save” at the end of the page.

 

Good to know ?: Remember, you can access your notifications by clicking on the Bell icon next to your profile icon at the top-right of your screen. A sidebar window will appear with all your notifications.
