Edit my profile as an Admin

On your profile, you will find your personal information filled in by you or by a group administrator and a list of all groups that you have access to.


Profile Management

To access your profile, click on your profile picture (or your initials) on the right of the homepage screen and select «See my profile» from the drop-down menu.

To edit your information, click on the “Edit” button.




 You will then be able to edit:

  • your profile picture
  • your name
  • your title
  • your email address, 
  • your password
  • (enable) Two-Factor Authentication (Read more here)
  • contact information (company, occupation, address and phone number)
  • biography
  • default group (if you are a member of more than one group, you can set up the one that launches when you first log in)
  • time zone & language
  • your signature (if it’s enabled for your group). Read more here.

 

 

Group settings

As an administrator, you have access to “Group Settings”, which allows you to 

  • edit the name of the Board / Committee you are a part of
  • edit your role (meaning you would voluntarily switch to “User” from“Admin”) and choose whether to display it on the homepage
  • decide whether to include yourself in the quorum
  • select and name your team (which you can also do in “Team management)”
  • set the vote weight (which impacts the Votes feature) 
  • set the activation and disablement date

 


 

Contents

To download all meeting agendas, related documents, documentation and annotation that you have access to, click on “Download”. 




Devices 

Click on the “Devices” tab at the top right of the page to access all the devices connected to your account. To remove a specific device, click on the symbol below the “Actions” column on the far right of the displayed device you wish to disconnect. Click on “Log out of this device”.



Logins

Click on the “Logins” tab at the top-right of the page to access the login history of your account. To download the login history, click on “Export.xls” at the top-left of the list.



 

Accessed content

Click on the “Accessed content” tab at the top-right of the page to access all content you have accessed twith your account, including the time, browser and actions taken. To download the Accessed content history, click on “Export.xls” at the top-left of the list.
